visan (ASX:VYS) has completed the acquisition of CMP Consulting Group, effective December 1, 2024. This completion follows a stock sale agreement that was first announced on September 13, 2024.

CMP Consulting Group is an engineering firm specializing in the water industry.

Vysarn provides water services and related infrastructure support to the mining, industrial and utility sectors.

As part of the expansion, CMP Consulting has entered into a group purchasing professional services agreement with Sydney Water Corporation. The agreement is structured as a master services agreement, allowing Sydney Water to engage CMP for design services on major projects. The initial term of the agreement extends through June 30, 2027.

Visan stock closed yesterday at $0.43, up 10.26%.
