Pro Medicus (ASX:PME)a leading healthcare imaging solutions provider of advanced radiology software and services, enters into a landmark $330 million, 10-year agreement with Trinity Health, one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the United States. The contract was announced. The deal, signed through Pro Medicus’ US subsidiary Visage Imaging, is the company’s largest to date and highlights the company’s growing presence in the North American market.

The agreement will see Pro Medicus implement the cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform across Trinity Health’s network, replacing multiple legacy systems from nine different vendors. The full-stack solution includes Visage 7 Viewer, Open Archive, and Workflow modules to provide an integrated diagnostic imaging platform that integrates with Trinity Health’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

Trinity Health operates in 26 states and has 93 hospitals, 107 continuing care facilities and 142 urgent care centers. Its employees include more than 127,000 staff members, 9,300 employed physicians and clinicians, and 29,000 allied health professionals.

Deployment is expected to begin immediately, with phased implementation expected to begin in early Q3 of 2025.
