The new Hostplus Service Excellence Center will result from the transfer of the industry superfund’s contact centre, communications, complaints and employer service functions to Link from 1 March.

Through the partnership, Hostplus will have access to Link Group’s technology capabilities, managing functions for 1.3 million members and more than 220,000 contributing employers.

Hostplus CEO David Elia commented: “The establishment of HSEC will ensure that we are well positioned, now and in the future, to deliver the highest standards of customer service and experience through the significant experience that Link has built up over the years, supported through its significant investment in its state-of-the-art technology.”
