I’m happy (ASX:GTI) has announced a five-year partnership with Faster Pty Ltd to introduce Australia’s first branded B2B mobile network, ‘Member’s Mobile’. The service will give Gratifii’s 85 enterprise clients and their 20 million end users access to mobile plans with monthly savings and coverage over the full Optus 5G network. The initiative leverages communications as a rewards and loyalty tool, delivering significant cost and compliance benefits to participating brands.
Chief executive Ian Dunstan said the partnership would be a “disruptive” addition to Gratifii’s offering. “Member’s Mobile enables us to offer our customers a branded communications service, helping millions of Australians save at a time when household budgets are under pressure,” Mr Dunstan said. Because Faster’s technology allows you to launch a fully branded network within 90 days, the platform eliminates the need for brands to invest heavily in carrier acquisition or development.
Gratifii is an Australian-based technology company that designs and develops loyalty and rewards programs in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore. Its flagship product, Mosaic, is a customer enterprise engagement cloud platform that allows businesses to customize and manage their loyalty initiatives.
Fastter Pty Ltd is an Australian communications studio that develops and manages virtual mobile networks for well-known brands.
Gratfiii is currently negotiating with enterprise customers for service rollout in 2025. While the new service is expected to improve margins, the company notes that actual financial results will depend on adoption rates among end users.
